GOLF RESORTS IN SEYCHELLES

Golf Holiday To Seychelles

The Seychelles lie in the western side of the Indian Ocean on a latitude and east of Kenya. There are 115 islands, of which only 15 are inhabited, but our featured venue is Lemuria, on the stunning island of Praslin.

The destination must be one of the most beautiful regions of the world, the natural vegetation, topography and wildlife is unsurpassed. The beaches are stunning and unspoiled with rocky outcrops and pristine white sands, lots of hidden coves, hidden by cliffs. The rock formations in the Seychelles are incredible and wherever you look there is a great photo waiting to be taken. The Seychelles are simply paradise found!

Our featured venue Constance Lemuria is really special, the ultimate secret retreat with great beaches and a wonderful golf course, which is just for hotel guests, offering outstanding scenery at every twist and turn.

The best way of flying to the Seychelles is with Emirates via Dubai, from most of the UKs most significant airports, Birmingham, Newcastle, Glasgow, Manchester, Heathrow, Gatwick.

We recommend this for two reasons, there are no direct flight options anyway and you can break up a 13 hour flight, into two more manageable sectors. Perhaps you can stop over for a couple of nights in Dubai to break up the journey. Please ask us for a recommendation on where to stay in Dubai!

Furthermore, Emirates economy and Business Class cabins are simply hard to beat. You will need to take care of the weight of your luggage, especially if you are taking golf clubs, we will explain how this works and the allowance at the time of booking. The flights from Dubai are into Mahe airport on Mahe Island, from where you can connect on a domestic flight of 40 minutes to Praslin.

Finally another good routing from the UK or Ireland, is with Etihad from London Heathrow, Manchester, Edinburgh and Dublin via Abu Dhabi, in partnership with Air Seychelles. Again we can recommend stopovers in Abu Dhabi.

The weather in the Seychelles is hottest during the period October to Easter and especially popular in November to February. These are their summer months, but you can also expect fine weather through their low season from May to September.

The temperatures range from 20-35 degrees year -round and like any tropical island, it can rain at any time of the year, but it is more likely in the months of June and July.

The currency of Seychelles is the Seychellois rupee.
